Our Hibiscus Rub starts off a bit tart and citrusy and then you will pick up its floral notes, finally finishing with just a bit of heat hitting the back of your throat. This blend is medium heat and perfect for any BBQ. You can try on grilled chicken, fish, seafood, pork chops, and even grilled asparagus with outstanding results.
As a general rule of thumb we use about 1 tablespoon of seasoning for 1lb of meat. For fish and seafood, use about half that amount.
