Before the festivities of Cinco de Mayo begin, join us for a hands-on culinary fiesta where tradition meets creativity. This interactive cooking experience will explore the bold flavors and rich heritage of Mexico, reimagined with plant-based, gluten-free ingredients (including delicious nuts) that are nourishing for your body and kind to the planet.
In this lively class, you’ll roll up your sleeves and cook alongside others, chopping fresh ingredients, mixing vibrant salsas, and sautéing fragrant spices while the kitchen fills with irresistible aromas. Along the way, you’ll learn tips and techniques for creating authentic Mexican dishes with a wholesome, modern twist.
And of course, the best part comes after cooking. We’ll gather around the table to share a beautiful feast together, celebrating the dishes we created as a group—laughing, tasting, and savoring every bite of Mexico’s unforgettable flavors.
