Dandelion Kitchen’s product brings the fresh flavors from Provence, the Garden of France. This is a versatile mix, used widely in Provencal cooking that has more of a Mediterranean influence than other cuisines from France. Excellent for soups, chicken or on roasted vegetables, a sprinkle can bring hints of French countryside, minus the airfare.
Use on roasted chicken, roasted potatoes (toss with olive oil and then the Herbes de Provence), it's also great on lamb (or in lamb stews). Also try adding a few pinches to a salad vinaigrette or combining with good olive oil to make a dipping sauce for fresh bread. A hefty pinch will make scrambled eggs and omelettes taste great, optionally with goat cheese. Herbs de Provence is a nice combination for shrimp, either grilled or sauteed on a pan.
