Our product uses dulse from Maine, which provides a wealth of fiber and protein, rich in vitamins, trace minerals, healthy fatty acids, and antioxidants. Maine Coast Mix is a combination of thyme, dulse flakes, basil, garlic, bay leaves black pepper and Hymalayan pink salt It tastes great in soups, tofu, tempeh, shrimp scampi, frittata, omelets, and more.
