Dandelion Kitchen’s Salmon Rub will bring out the flavors of juicy salmon, while giving it a nice outside crust. It is the perfect blend of savory, salt, and heat. This seafood rub works very well with an oven or a grill, and compliments the delicate flavors of seafood perfectly. Salmon Rub is flexible and can be used creatively with other lightly flavored seafood such as shrimp, white fish like cod, haddock.

 

Ingredients: Hand blended from *cumin, paprika, red pepper flakes, cacao powder, sea salt, black pepper, brown sugar.

    This seasoning should not be limited to salmon and could be used on chicken, pork, and roasted vegetables. Amazing flavor. I use it all the time in my kitchen. Thank you Dandelion Kitchen for another amazing blend.

    I've used this rub so far on salmon, shrimp, and also tofu, and it works on all of them. I love the color. It is not sugary sweet like some other salmon rubs I've used/ I think you could always add your own monkfruit powder or honey or whatever if you wanted it sweetened though I haven't tried it that way.
