Are you ready to welcome fall around the table?

Join me for a cozy Dandelion Kitchen Dinner Club where we’ll spend the evening cooking, tasting, laughing, and connecting while creating a beautiful plant-based, gluten-free feast together.

This is more than just a cooking class — it’s an evening to slow down, enjoy seasonal ingredients, learn new recipes, and share good food with wonderful people.

Together, we’ll prepare a menu inspired by the colors, flavors, and warmth of fall. Everything is plant-based and gluten-free and made from fresh, wholesome ingredients.
Menu contains nuts.

 Our Fall Feast Menu

To Begin — Little Bites

  • Chickpea Tapas — flavorful little bites perfect for sharing
  • Beet Things — beautiful, earthy and colorful beet creations

From the Autumn Kitchen

  • Velvety Pumpkin Soup — creamy, warming and full of fall flavor
  • Black Bean & Wild Mushroom Shepherd’s Pie — hearty, savory and comforting
  • Roasted Squash & Chickpea Curry — sweet roasted squash with warming spices
  • Coconut Cashew Pulao — fragrant rice with coconut, cashews and gentle spices
  • Arugula & Plum Autumn Salad — peppery greens, juicy plums and seasonal flavors

Something Sweet

  • Vegan Pumpkin Cheesecake — creamy, pumpkin-spiced and the perfect ending to our fall feast

 Cozy Sips

We’ll warm up with:

  • Mulled Cider
  • Mulled Wine
  • Spiced Fall Tea

Come ready to cook, taste, learn and connect. We’ll create everything together, then sit down and enjoy the feast we made with our own hands.

You’ll leave with new skills, recipes, inspiration — and hopefully that warm feeling that comes from sharing good food around the table.

    What an amazing evening

Posted by Susan on Feb 2nd 2026

This was the first (but not the last ) event I attended (Spice it up - Indian ). I also brought my sister. We had such an incredible time. It was such a fun experience and I can’t wait to attend more classes in the future! Beata is such a kind gentle soul and through these classes you can tell how passionate she is about her craft. These classes make the perfect gift or experience for yourself or with/for family/friends. I will always cherish the great time with the group I was with.
Her spice blends/teas and all products are always top tier. High quality.
