Our culinary journey through Japan continues with one of the most exciting hands-on experiences of the summer!
Young chefs will learn how to make delicious Vegetarian Sushi completely from scratch while discovering the flavors and traditions of Japanese cuisine. Each child will become their own sushi chef, choosing from a colorful selection of fresh ingredients to create rolls that are uniquely their own.
Our sushi bar will include:
Tofu
Cucumber
Carrots
Avocado
Bell peppers
Lettuce etc.
There is no right or wrong combination—just creativity, exploration, and lots of fun!
To finish our Japanese-inspired feast, we’ll bake a rich, decadent Chocolate Cake that your child won’t forget long after summer is over.
We’ll also enjoy a refreshing matcha drink and a naturally fruity herbal tea while learning about the traditions behind these beloved Japanese beverages.
This hands-on workshop encourages creativity, confidence in the kitchen, teamwork, and a love of trying new foods in a welcoming and inspiring environment.
